Tr999 offers three odds formats — you can switch between them anytime from the settings.
Decimal — the simplest format:
Simply multiply the odds by your stake to get the total return.
Example: Odds 2.50, Bet ৳100 → Total return if won = ৳100 × 2.50 = ৳250 (which includes your original ৳100, with a profit of ৳150).
Fractional — e.g. 3/2:
The left number is profit, the right number is your stake.
Example: odds 3/2, bet ৳100 → profit = ৳100 × (3÷2) = ৳150 Profit + ৳100 cashback = total ৳250.
Money Line (American) — e.g. +150 or -120:
A positive odds value (+150) means a ৳100 bet returns ৳150 in profit. A negative value (-120) means you need to bet ৳120 to make ৳100 in profit.
Most users in Bangladesh prefer the decimal format as it's the easiest to calculate. To change the format, tap the settings icon in the top right of the tr999 app.

Yes, tr999 supports accumulator (or parlay) bets — also known as "multi bets" or "combo bets". Multiple selections are combined into a single bet, and all selections must win for a payout. Since the odds multiply together, the potential winnings can be significantly higher.
How to do it:
- Tap any selection in a match — it will be added to your bet slip
- Tap to add another selection for the second or third match
- Select the "Accumulator" or "Combo" tab on the bet slip
- The total odds will be multiplied and updated automatically
- Enter your stake amount and confirm
Example: Bangladesh wins (odds 1.85) + Real Madrid wins (odds 1.70) = combo odds 1.85 × 1.70 = 3.14. A ৳100 bet returns ৳314 if both win.
Keep in mind, if even one selection loses, the entire accumulator is lost. You can get partial coverage through a System Bet — find this under the "System" tab in the tr999 app.
There are a few reasons your tr999 account may be locked. The causes and solutions are listed below:
1. Multiple consecutive incorrect password attempts:
For security purposes, tr999 automatically locks login for 30 minutes. Once that period is over, try again or log in using OTP.
2. Suspicious activity detected:
tr999 may temporarily suspend an account for activity from an unusual location or suspicious behavior. Verifying your identity with Support will resolve this.
3. Incomplete KYC Verification:
If KYC is not completed before your first withdrawal, withdrawals and certain features may be restricted. Simply upload a photo of your National ID to resolve this.
4. You had previously activated a cooling-off period or self-exclusion:
If a cooling-off period or self-exclusion is active via Responsible Gaming settings, login will be blocked until it expires — this is by design.
